Since you're planning family UTV rides, I would actually combine Silver Creek Plunge with Garden Valley → Lowman instead of making it a separate trip. They're close enough that you can enjoy a scenic river ride, stop at Kirkham Hot Springs, and then finish the day at Silver Creek Plunge. It makes for a fuller adventure and saves a separate drive from Eagle.
